The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: “a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari by quashing the undated draft of ineligible voter list published by the 2nd respondent vide Annexure K, with respect to the 4th respondent Co-operative Society. b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the resolution dated 09/05/2025 passed by the 4th respondent Co-operative Society vide Annexure M. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19142 WP No. 14927 of 2025 c) Grant such other reliefs that this Hon’ble Court deems fit to be grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of Justice and Equity.” 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Resolution dated 09.05.2025 passed by the respondent No.4/Co- operative Society delegating the petitioner has not been considered by the respondent No.2/Managing Director and in that background, that the aforesaid reliefs have been sought for. 3. The Resolution dated 09.05.2025 being in respect of delegation of the petitioner for the elections to be held on 25.06.2025 as regard which the filing of nomination is to commence from 09.06.2025. It was but required for the respondent No.2 and/or the Administrator, if appointed to have considered the same and pass necessary orders by now. 4. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19142 WP No. 14927 of 2025 ORDER a) The writ petition is partly allowed. b) A Mandamus is issued directing the respondent No.2 and/or Administrator, if appointed to consider Resolution dated 09.05.2025 passed by the respondent No.4 at Annexure-M as expeditiously as possible preferably by 09.06.2025.
