Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to set aside the impugned order dated 09.10.2024 passed by Respondent no. 02 i.e Additional Commissioner (Administration-II), Meerut Mandal, Meerut under the provisions of section 207 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 in Appeal number 23 of 2023 in case number 840 of 2023 having computerized case number C202311000000840 (Smt. Rukmani Vs. State of U.P.) as well as order dated 29.08.2022 passed by Sub- divisional Magistrate, Dhaulaana, Hapur in Case number RST/02498/2018 having its computerized number T-201811730602498 (Smt. Rukmani Vs State of U.P.), under the provisions of Section 144 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, in the interest of justice. II. Issue a Writ, order or direction while remanding back the matter before respondent no. 02 i.e Additional Commissioner (Administration-II), Meerut Mandal, Meerut to decide the Appeal as fresh after taking into consideration the factual and legal aspects in accordance with the settled principles of law." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that petitioner has alternative remedy of filing second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
