Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made an F-Line Application vide Application No.FSNV012500662264 dated 22.02.2025 (Ex.P2), to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries, in respect of Ac.4.50 cents in Sy.No.102/3C of Mudigallu Village, Kalyanadurg Mandal, Ananthapur District. However, the 4^'^ respondent has not conducted a survey or demarcated the boundaries. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that notices were issued to the petitioner on two occasions. However, the petitioner failed to present the necessary documents, being a resident of Mudigallu Village, Kalyanadurg Mandal, Ananthapur District. Learned 3. 3 Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the endorsement will be issued. The same is recorded. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned 4*'^ respondent to issue a necessary endorsement regarding F- Line Application vide Application No.FSNV012500662264 dated 22.02.2025 (Ex.P2), as expeditiously as possible, preferably in four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
