1. Heard the parties.
2. The present contempt petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for initiation of an appropriate proceeding under the Contempt of Courts Act against the respondents/Opposite Parties No.2 to 4 for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.07.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No.3792 of 2024 by this Court.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the counselling process has been initiated and these petitioners has been allowed to participate in the counselling but they have not been appointed because of dearth of vacancy but this fact has been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. This requires determination.
5. In view of the above, I find no reason to entertain the present contempt petition, accordingly, the same is hereby disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to work out their further remedies in accordance with law.
