T The case of the petitioner in brief is that the subject institution ie.., Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple situated at Boppudi Village, Chilakaluripet Mandal, Palnadu District (for short ‘the subject temple’) is A swambhoo historical temple situated in the hill top of Papasilagnikonda and the principal deity of lord venkateswara is worshipped by lakhs of devotees in and around Boppudi Village. The subject temple was registered under the HRCE board which was under the Madras Residency and presently the subject institution comes under the jurisdiction of the 2^^ respondent ie., the commissioner of Endowments . While so, the petitioner has been putting rentlentless efforts to complete the laying of a ghatroad to the subject temple and the petitioner has also obtained clearance from the Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat on
15.07.2008. Thereafter, the petitioner made number of representations including the one on 01.05.2024 to Respondent Nos.1 and 2, requesting to grant permission to lay road with the funds given by him to the tune of Rs.50 lakhs which was through a donor scheme. But the 2"'^ respondent has not considered the said representation. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition is filed. 2. Heard Mr M.Vidya Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government for Endowments appearing for the respondents. 3. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 01.05.2024 to Respondent No.2 seeking to grant permission to lay a ghat road to

Venkateswara Swamy Temple at Boppudi Village, Chilakaluripet Mandal, Palnadu District, but the 2 nd respondent has not consider the said representation which is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests appropriate orders. to pass

Learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondents opposed for grant of any relief in this Writ Petition and prays to dismiss the same. 6. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, Respondent No.2 is
directed to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 01.05.2024 submitted by the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
