Learned counsel for the petitioner submits at Bar that in view of the subsequent development, the petitioner has released from the jail after his acquittal, therefore, he wants to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition, if cause of action arises regarding the corruption in jail and jail reforms.
5. The prayer, so made, is granted.
6. In view of the statement made by
learned counsel for the petitioner, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
7. Pending applications also stand
disposed of.
