Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bankmore P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126(2)/115(2)/109/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-B) (a)/27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. On 21.10.2024 at 7.30 p.m., petitioner is alleged to have shot the father of the Informant, due to which, he sustained firearm injury. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the victim is also a person of criminal character. It was further submitted that a country made pistol was also recovered from the house of the Informant. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage. Petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after four months. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
