1. The respondents have filed the report wherein it reveals that the documents as requested by the petitioners were supplied to the petitioners which are enclosed with the present writ application being pages 16, 17 and 19. After receipt of the said application, the petitioners have not made any claim in compliance of the mandatory procedure as laid down under the law. It is also mentioned in the said report that if any application is filed, the authority will examine the request of the petitioners and will pass appropriate order.
2. In view of the above, the report submitted by the State authority/respondents be kept with the record.
3. The writ petition being WPO 807 of 2025 is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps before the Rent Controller, Kolkata within a period of two months from date.

4. If any application is filed by the petitioners before the Rent Controller, Kolkata, the Rent Controller, Kolkata, shall dispose of the said application in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter.
