Case No. 9 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii) B of the NDPS Act. 3. 6.245 kilograms of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner who is in custody since 10.01.2025. 4. Considering the huge recovery of ganja from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
