Learned counsel for petitioner, based on the aforesaid specific assurance, submits that at the moment, petitioner is not interested in pursuing with his present contempt petition. He, however, seeks liberty to revive the present contempt petition if needful is not done as undertaken above. 3. Petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 4.
