JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 22-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per F.I.R., 66.960 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from different motorcycles and tempo. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on the disclosure made by the co-accused persons. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicles. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22498 of 2025(4) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 petition. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Aurangabad, in connection with Barun P.S.
