In this writ petition, the petitioners who are the Assistant Teachers in the District of Sahebganj, seek transfer from the District of Sahebganj to different Districts, as per the Policy. 3. It is the case of the petitioners that they have applied online. The status which has been reflected in the portal against their 2025:JHHC:27208 2 request is simply shown as “rejected”, and no reason has been assigned as to why their claim was rejected, though the respondents have a Policy to transfer the Teacher on personal/ medical ground in a special case of transfer. 4. Learned counsel representing the respondent – State, submits that the case of the petitioners have been rejected, but admits that no reason has been given in the order, but the reason has been supplemented in the counter affidavit. Their ground is that the petitioners have failed to provide the updated certificates showing their disability, thus it was not possible for the State to accede to their request. 5. Thus, after hearing the parties and going through the records, I direct the petitioners to file their fresh representation before the respondent No.3- The Director, Primary Education and Literacy Department, Ranchi, praying therein for transfer. If the petitioners are taking the ground of disability, they will file necessary updated certificates. The respondent No.3 will be at liberty to constitute a Medical Board and get the petitioners medically examined to verify their plea and thereafter will take appropriate decision as per the Policy Decision. 6. The entire process should be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order along with the representation. 7. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Prashant. Cp-2
