Proxy counsel appears on behalf of petitioner and states that the main counsel is not available. 2. However, on query to the counsel for MCD, it transpires that the goods have still not been released to the petitioner on account of non- payment of requisite charges which are apparently in the range of Rs.600/-. 3. Counsel for the MCD however, seeks time to take instructions in this regard. 4. It also transpires that COV has now been amended. 5. Counsel for Delhi Police is also present. 6. Upon the petitioner filing requisite fee for release of goods, the said goods be released within a period of one week, thereafter. This is a digitally signed order.
