GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 TRR,J W.P.No.20860 of 2025 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No. 20860of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue directions, more particularly in the form of writ of mandamus declaringthe inaction of the respondent No.3 in conducting survey and demarcation of the petitioners lands admeasuring Ac.0.09 cents in Sy.No.124/2 and Ac.2.09 cents in Sy.No.124/4 both situated at Panakam Village, Tirupati districtas being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to conclude survey and demarcation of the petitioners subject lands and be pleased to pass.…” 2. Shorn of all unnecessary facts in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is the specific case of the petitionersthat they are the land ownersand arein the possession of the land and have submitted application bearing No.TADER012401524583 dated 26.10.2024 through Mee Seva for conducting Survey, Sub-division, demarcating and fixing of boundaries of their lands an extent of Ac.0.09 cents in Sy.No.124/2 and Ac.2.09 cents in Sy.No.124/4 ofPanakam village, Tirupati District, to avoid disputes with the neighbouring land owners and the respondent authorities went on postponing the survey and when there was persistent demand by the petitioners on the obstruction by neighbouring land owners and the said inaction on the part of respondent authorities in processing the 4 TRR,J W.P.No.20860 of 2025 application of the petitioners, the petitioners were constrained to approach this Court. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law. 4. Considering the submissions of both the counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned authorities to consider the application bearing No.TADER012401524583 dated 26.10.2024 submitted by the petitioners through Mee Seva for conducting Survey, Sub- division, demarcating and fixing of boundaries of the petitioners’ lands by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, no order as to costs.
