The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mirzachowki P.S. Case No. 45/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sahibganj. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have murdered his father-in-law. It appears that during the course of investigation, blood stained shirt of the petitioner and blood stained bamboo stick were recovered. Blood stained shirt was sent for F.S.L. (Forensic Science Laboratory) examination. From perusal of F.S.L. report, it appears that blood stain found on the shirt of the petitioner, matched with blood of deceased. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that wife of the petitioner, who is the informant has become hostile. The entire case is based on the basis of extra judicial confession. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
