This application was circulated on the basis of urgency projected on behalf of the applicant. 2. It is submitted that a meeting was supposed to be held on 19.08.2025, which stood postponed to tomorrow (i.e. 10.09.2025). The applicant is seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to permit him to participate in the meeting, which concerns new Recruitment Rules pertaining to Engineers in the Public Works Department. 2025:BHC-AUG:24003-DB 2 959.CA.9627.25.odt 3. The documents on record show that the applicant was expelled from the respondent - Association of Sub-Ordinate Engineers of the State of Maharashtra in May 2023. The main writ petition does not challenge such an expulsion and in the face of these facts, we find it inappropriate to entertain such a prayer made in the civil application. We are of the opinion that as on today, the applicant is an expelled member of the association and, therefore, the present application cannot be considered. 4. The application is dismissed. 5.
