JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER Date : 06.02.2026 Heard Shri P. Wangpan, learned counsel for the applicants/writ petitioners, who by means of this application has prayed for an interim order qua the recruitment notice dated 08.02.2025. This Court, vide the last order dated 04.02.2026, has noted that the recruitment process was initiated almost a year back and, therefore, the learned counsel for the applicants was directed to obtain instructions with regard to the present status of the recruitment process. The learned counsel has submitted that as per instructions received, no recruitment has been made. Also heard Shri M. Kato, learned Dy.S.G.I., who has, however, submitted that the decision is of the NIT. Though the NIT is a party-respondent, till now they have failed to appear in this proceeding. In view of the above and by balancing the equities, it is provided that while there would be no blanket stay on the impugned recruitment notice dated 08.02.2025 and the process may be carried out, no final orders of appointment shall be made without taking leave of this Court.
