Raj Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri P. Narahari Babu, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration, 2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking following relief: “ to issue a Writ, One in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Wirt, Direction or questioning the action of the 4 respondent in not mutating name of the petitioner in revenue records in respect of land an extent of Ac.2.13 cents out of Ac.4.27 cents in Sy.No. 197-2 situated at Thungodu Village Polam, Somandepalli Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District Erstwhile Anantapur District by considering respondent in Rc.No.98/2021/B dated 02.12.2021 and also petitioner’s representation through legal notice dated 09.12.2024 to the 4‘^ respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 21, 300-A of constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of the A.P Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and consequently direct the 4*^ respondent to mutate petitioner’s name in revenue records in respect of above said property and pass ” th 3. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Penukonda Division, Sri Sathya Sai District, dated 30.01.2025 along with the copy of notice issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 22.01.2025. Copy of the Written Instruction and notice are also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 4. On perusal of the said notice dated 22.01.2025, it is noticed by this Court that the notice is issued to the Writ Petitioner as well as one Sri Talari Ramanjinappa. 3 Written Instruction and the notice issued by the the necessary parties, this Court deems it 5. Having regard to the Revenue Divisional Officer to appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without into merits, directing the Revenue Divisional Officer (Respondent No.4) going to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from today and pass a Speaking Order within a period of three weeks thereafter by considering the dated 02.12.2021 (Ex.P.4). The Revenue Divisional Report of the Tahsildar Officer shall forthwith Petitioner is directed to submit a copy Officer (Respondent No.4) within one communicate the said Order to the Writ Petitioner.
