The instant anticipatory bail application has been moved by the four persons namely Abid, Intezar, Smt. Fido and Smt. Nazista and the interim protection was granted only to the applicant nos. 3 and 4 by this court on 09.07.2025. 4. Now, learned State counsel apprise to this court that on completion of investigation all these four persons have been exonerated. 5. In such view of the matter, since all these persons have been exonerated, the instant anticipatory bail application has now become rendered infructuous. 6.
