Petitioner is presently serving as TGT (Non- Medical) at GHS Chet U/C GSSS Cheuni, Tehsil Thunag, District Mandi, H.P. stated to be a hard area. His case is that, on completion of requisite tenure of service at the present place, he preferred representation to the competent authority, seeking his transfer to a station of choice, which was 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - forwarded by respondent No.4 to respondent No.3 on 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-2 colly). Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of three weeks from today.
