Nath, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there has been an inadvertent error in the writ petition by not challenging the termination order as well as the Appellate order. He therefore submits that as it is his mistake, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to refile taking into account that for the mistake committed by the counsel, the client should not be penalized. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to refile by challenging the dismissal order as well as the Appellate order by which the Appeal has also been dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
