2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that respondent Police have been interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions dated 05.08,2025 would submit that on receipt of phone call to police "Dial 100" respondent Police visited the disputed land where survey was conducted scene of offence. Police never interfered in the civil disputes pending between the parties. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the parties except following due process of law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
