Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.30 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(4), 340(2), 329(3), 351(2) of BNS. 3. Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
