The material on record would go to show that petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Crl.P.No.11960/2024 which was dismissed on merits by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 21.02.2025 reserving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for grant of bail before the Trial Court after examination of material witnesses. 2. The material charge sheet witnesses are not yet examined and even before the same, petitioner had filed bail application before the Trial Court in the month of March, 2025, which was dismissed by the Trial Court by order dated 02.04.2025. Thereafter, petitioner has approached this Court. Since there is no change in circumstance, this successive bail application cannot be entertained. Accordingly, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to revive his bail application before the Trial Court after material charge sheet witnesses are examined.
