The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, the respondent no. 1 & 2 may kindly be directed to initiate action against the respondent no. 4 in respect to get job on the basis of forged document by cheating of personation when the police has already taken cognizance for an offence under section 193, 419, 420 of IPC in the light of order passed Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 by this Hon’ble Court on dated 26.02.2019 in W.P.(Cr.) No. 116/2019. 10.2 That, the respondent no. 2 kindly be directed to initiate the equiry/action and call the explanation from the respondent no. 4 on the ground that he has obtained the service by fraud and on the basis of forged document. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Ms. Astha Shukla, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 to 3 would submit that on complaint of the petitioner departmental enquiry has already been initiated against respondent No.4 and thus, the petition has rendered infructuous. 3. Mr. Gary Mukhopadhyay, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would endorse the submission made by Ms. Astha Shukla. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that departmental enquiry has already been initiated against respondent No. 4, in the opinion of this Court, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 5.
