It is to be noted that the petitioner, herein, has prayed for an appointment on compassionate grounds in pursuance to the death of his father in harness occasioning on 13.03.2001. The prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not objected to by the learned CGC, appearing in the matter. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
