Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(c) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31359 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 is relaxed. 4.
