HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 16692 of 2020 Court No. - 34 HON'BLE ROHIT RANJAN AGARWAL, J. 1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to comply the order dated 7.2.2020 in computerized no. T202016670500009 under Section 24 U.P. Revenue Act, 2006 Shiv Kumar Dubey Versus State of U.P. within the stipulated period." 2. It is contended that order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was passed way back on 07.02.2020 but till date the said order has not been complied with. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit, as almost five years have elapsed since passing of the order under Section 24 and according to the petitioner, it has not been complied. This Court directs the petitioner to move an application before the respondent no. 2- Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhadohi, within a period of 15 days from today and if the said application is moved disclosing the fact that no appeal or restoration application has been filed against the order dated 07.02.2020, the respondent no. 2 shall, thereafter, verifying the said fact proceed with the matter and get the order dated 07.02.2020 complied with by affixation of pillars within a period of one month, thereafter. 4.
