ORDER: Heard Sri Raja Reddy Koneti,
learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner and learned Addl.Public Prosecutor representing the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to quash the Look Out Circular issued by the respondents against the petitioner in connection with Cr.No.550/2017 of Ajitsingh Nagar Police Station, Vijayawada City, at the relevant point in time.

He would further submit that subsequently, Cr.No.550/2017 of Ajitsingh Nagar Police Station, Vijayawada City, was challenged by the petitioner before this Court, and the same was quashed by this Court. Later, both parties entered into compromise. Accordingly, they also applied for mutual divorce and it was ordered. In that view of the matter, continuance of Look Out Circular is illegal.
03. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that Cr.No.550/2017 of Ajitsingh Nagar Police Station, Vijayawada City, was quashed by this Court.

06. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. The Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner in Cr.No.550/2017 of Ajitsingh Nagar Police Station, Vijayawada City, is quashed. There shall be no order as to costs. I As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
