GP FOR REVENUE 2 The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.35 cents in Sy.No.1104/2, situated at Kanala Village of Nandyal Mandal, Kurnool District, without issuing any notice and without following due procedure contemplated under law. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject land was assigned in favour of her mother, Sri Venkata Subbamma, way back in the year 1975. Subsequent to the death of her mother, the petitioner came into possession of the subject land and is eking out her livelihood by doing agricultural operations. While things stood thus, the 4th respondent, without following due process of law, tried to interfere with the possession of the petitioner. Questioning the said action, the present writ petition is filed. 3. This Court by order dated 30.12.2020, directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. 3 4. On the other hand, the 4th respondent filed counter affidavit stating that, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, no action is initiated against the petitioner and did not interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject land. 5. In view of the specific assertion made in the counter affidavit that the 4th respondent did not interfere with the possession of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.35 cents in Sy.No.1104/2, situated at Kanala Village of Nandyal Mandal, Kurnool District, except in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
