O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue any writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent engineering the information reports so as to get jurisdiction to enter into civil disputes in the petitioners family property disputes and violating the law under the guise of investigation to support the property claims of the informant in Crime Nos.198/2019, dated 24-08- 2019 and Crime No.244/2019, dated 24-10-2019 pending on the file of II Town Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent/any superior officer to investigate the said crimes in terms of Section 36 Cr.P.C…”
2. Heard Sri Raja Reddy Koneti, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and learned Asst. Govt. Pleader for Home. 3. Sri Raja Reddy Koneti, learned counsel for the writ petitioners would submit that in one case, police already laid charge sheet. Further, at this length of time, no further orders are required in the writ petition, and it may be closed. 4

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners, the writ petition is closed, without going into merits of the case. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
