2.
This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhandaria P.S. Case No.25 of 2024 (District Garhwa), for offences under Sections 15(b) and 18 of the NDPS Act. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Garhwa.

Learned Spl. P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
4.
There is an allegation that the petitioner was cultivating poppy. Further, sample was also preserved which suggests that the material is poppy.
5.
Considering the nature of allegation i.e. cultivation of poppy, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
