This Court vide judgment and order dated 20.12.2024, passed in Writ Petition No. 6181/2024 granted the petitioners’ cousins conditional validity certificates. 3. We, therefore, grant the petitioners similar order. ORDER i. The order impugned herein is hereby set aside. ii.
