Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State on written instructions would submit that on receipt of representation from the petitioners, the Station House Officer asked the petitioners to produce all the documents for verification to consider their representation but they did not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners will attend before the Station House Officer and provide necessary documents for consideration of representation, as per law. 4. 5. Considering the same, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Writ Petition may be disposed of at the stage of admission itself, without going into the merits of the case, directing the petitioners herein to provide necessary documents to the Station House Officer to consider their representation for 3 Police Protection and on such production of documents, the Police shall verify and consider the petitioners’ representation , as per law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. No order as to costs. Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. SD/- G.
