Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. The relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondent No.4 to consider the representation at Annexure G1 and G to rectify the extent of land in the revenue records.
3. Sri. Nagarajappa. A. learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invited the attention of the Court to the
order of grant produced at Annexure A1 and submitted

that 20 guntas of land in Survey No.17 of Govenahalli village, Thyanagondlu Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk has been granted in favour of the petitioner, however, in the revenue records it is reflected as 13 guntas. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is the duty of respondent No.4 to enter the entire extent of land what is granted in favour of the petitioner as per Annexure A, unless the said grant
order has been modified, if any, by the Competent Authorities.
4. With this observation, the Writ Petition is
disposed of. Respondent No.4 is directed to consider Annexure G1 and G at the earliest, within two months from the receipt of this order.
