The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1)(b), 26(1) of the Arms Act and Section 317(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Seraikella. 3. On 12.08.2024, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons was apprehended by Adityapur Police from a place behind auto cluster, Hatia Ring Road. On search, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It appears that motorcycle on which accused persons were travelling was also a stolen one. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2024. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S.
