This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not including the name of the petitioner-College in the list of Colleges which was communicated by the respondents to the respondent Nos.4 to 7, for web counseling ignoring the approval granted by the AICTE, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to set aside the show cause notice vide Lr.No. JNTUK/ D.A.A / 1 / Affiliation / Deficiencies / 2X / 2020-21, dated 11.12.2020 issued by the respondent No.3 and to direct the respondents to include name of
2 the petitioner-college in the list for web counselling communicted to respondent Nos. 4 to 7 for admissions of 2020-2021 for Engineering Courses.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous and that no further orders are necessary to be passed in this matter.
3. The submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
