ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.3 herein in intentionally mentioning the Section of Law as 194 of BNS in relation to FIR No.29/2025 dt 23.4.2025 when the complaint given by the petitioner clearly attracts Section 109 of BNS inspite of my persnonal visits as being illegal arbitrary unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to take action against the 3rd respondent for his illegal acts and to entrust the investigation into FIR No.29/2025 to some other investigating agency or CBCID for proper investigation”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the respondent/police to conduct a fair investigation in Crime No.29 of 2025 and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to conduct a fair investigation in this matter by looking into the points raised by the petitioner and conclude the investigation and file a report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
