Learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 to 4 submits that a notification, retendering the same work, has been issued. 5. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition, with liberty to mount a challenge to the retendering process. 6. In that view of the matter, the submissions of both the counsels are placed on record. 7. The Writ Petition is disposed off, as having rendered infructuous, with reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the retendering process, in accordance with law.
