This is an application filed at the instance of applicant – original petitioner seeking restoration of the main matter i.e. (filing) Special Criminal Application No.1429 of 2025, which was dismissed for non-removal of ofÏce objections vide order dated 04.02.2025 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court. 2. Heard the learned advocate appearing for the applicants. 3. Mr. Pranav Raval, learned advocate for the applicant submits that on account of bonafide mistake and miscommunication, the learned advocate could not able to remove the ofÏce objections in given time. He further submits that if this application would allow and the matter would be restored in its original file, the ofÏce objections be removed R/CR.MA/8202/2025 ORDER DATED: 25/04/2025 within a period of one week. Therefore, he requests the court to restore the main matter in its original file. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the applicants and having considered the averments made in this application, the main matter is ordered to be restored to its original file on the condition that the ofÏce objections, if any, be removed within one week from today.
