ORDER:
Heard Sri Vutupalli Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Medical Health Family Welfare and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.
2. The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.3 & 4 in not permitting the petitioners to run the subject medical shop in respect of which the license was granted on 21.08.2020 for
2
a period of five (05) years, pursuant to the Lease Agreement, dated
23.07.2020.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the said Lease Agreement is valid for five years i.e., upto 22.07.2025.

6. Considered the submissions. This Court is not inclined to accept the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioners for extension lease, since the relief sought in the writ petition is not for extension of the existing lease.

order. If such an application is made, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same within a period of two (02) weeks thereafter in accordance with law. Needless to observe that, the respondents shall not
