Sanjoy is present before the Court physically. Similarly, Mr. H. Dijen, learned counsel for the respondents is also present before the Court physically. The learned counsel for the petitioner namely Mr. Y. Sanjoy submitted that the said insurance company has been deposited the entire amount with accrued interest in respect of the judgment rendered by the Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Manipur, in MAC Case No.22 of 2021 order dated 31.01.2025 and this submission made by the aforesaid learned is taken on record whereas Mr. H. Dijen, learned counsel for the respondents as being a party in these proceeding submitted that the present proceeding is connected with the MC(MACApp.) No.6 of 2025. Sanjoy for the applicant in this matter further submitted that the entire amount with accrued interest has also been deposited to the Registrar General, High Court of Manipur in pursuance to the order rendered by this Court. Therefore, this miscellaneous proceeding even though it is to be maintained does not survive for consideration. Consequently, this application is dismissed as it becomes infructuous. Registry is directed to list this matter i.e., MACApp. No.4 of 2025 and inclusive of MC(MACApp.) No.9 of 2025 to pursue these matters in further in accordance with law.
