Sarma, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that both sides have settled their dispute in an out of court settlement. 2. I have heard Mr. A. Deka, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Through that agreement, M/S. K.K. Enterprise has agreed to withdraw the execution application (Money Execution Case No.01/2020) pending before the court of learned District Judge, Golaghat within a period of 15 days from today. 3. The affidavit as well as the record of minutes of the meeting shall form a part of the record. 4. The Arbitration Appeal stands disposed of on being settled between the parties in an out of court settlement. 5.
