The grievance of the petitioner is that an interim order of status-quo which was granted earlier was not extended by the trial Court in respect of item No.10 of the suit schedule property. The status-quo was in respect of non-alienation of the same until next date of hearing by the trial Court. It is submitted that the matter is posted on 12-06-2025. 3. In that view of the matter, in case there is any modification of the interim order granted, the same shall have to be by a reasoned order which was not adhered to by the trial Court. Hence, the interim order of status-quo in respect of - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:18298 WP No. 14715 of 2025 item No.10 of the suit schedule property shall be in force until 12-06-2025.
