The grievance of the petitioner is that at the behest of the 3 respondent, the 4^'^ respondent is restraining the petitioner from getting a drinking water connection to the petitioner’s Plot No.1 of Horsely Hills Cooperative House Building Society Limited in Sy.No.539, near Yenugu Mallamma Temple, Opp; Jamuna Bunglow, Kotavoor Village, B.Kothakota/Kurubalakota Mandal, Tamballapalle, Annamayya District. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was allotted Plot No.1 of Horsley Hills vide Board Resolution No.1 dated 13.10.2015. At the behest of the 3'"^ respondent, the 4*'^ respondent is not allowing the petitioner to get a drinking water connection. The petitioner made a representation dated 08.09.2023 (Ex.P14) to the 4^^ respondent to provide water service connection to her house. The 4'^ respondent, in turn, forwarded the same to the 6^'^ respondent. 3. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Tourism and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would collectively submit that the 4 respondent is not interfering with the petitioner from getting a water connection to her house. Learned Government Pleader for Tourism would submit that the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.09.2023 (Ex.P8), has been forwarded by the 4'^ respondent to the 6^'^ respondent. The 6^'^ respondent will consider the representation and pass appropriate orders as per the Law within eight (08) weeks. th 4 5. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider providing water service connection to Plot No.1, Sy.No.539, near Yenugu Mallamma Temple, Opp: Jamuna Bunglow, B.Kothakota/Kurubalakota Annamayya District.
