ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly respondent No.4 in not filing the charge sheet in F.I.R.No.382 of 2023, dated 19.11.2023 on the file of the Kadapa Taluk U/G Police Station, YSR (Kadapa) District/respondent No.4 is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the very provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and consequently direct the respondents more particularly respondent No,4 to file the charge sheet in F.I.R.No.382 of 2023, dated 19.11.2023 on the file of the Kadapa Taluk U/G Police Station, YSR (Kadapa) District/respondent No.4 and to pass
2. Heard Sri Kalepu Yaswanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that F.I.R. No.382 of 2023 was registered on 19.11.2023, so far the police could not complete the investigation and not filed charge sheet.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would takes notice on behalf of the State and submits that Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
