Petitioner has approached this Court at a very belated stage with the prayer for grant of gratuity since her husband died way back on 18.09.2002 during service. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that at belated stage some representations were filed and he refers some documents annexed alongwith this writ petition which are from the year 2019 to 2024, postal receipts whereof are annexed but tracking record are not on record. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, even if petitioner has approached this Court at a belated stage, still considering that petitioner is a widow and there are judgments of this Court under which she may be entitled for gratuity, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that if a fresh claim is made by petitioner annexing all relevant documents and position of law, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
