Civil First Appeal No.782/2023 has been dismissed vide order dt.21.08.2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court due to non-compliance of the aforesaid order. For the reasons stated & grounds mentioned therein, the restoration application is allowed. The aforesaid orders dated 31.05.2024 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as subsequent order dated 21.08.2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, are recalled.
