This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the Page No.# 2/2 privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Azabir Rahman , apprehending arrest in connection with Fakirganj P.S. Case No. 81/2025 registered u/s 331(4)/64(1)/62/74/75(2) of BNS. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the meantime, investigation is completed resulting in a charge-sheet and pursuant to grant of interim bail on 29.10.2025, the petitioner has appeared and his statement has also been recorded. 4. In that circumstances, the interim pre-arrest bail granted vide order, dated 29.10.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions- (i) That the petitioner shall be available for the trial; (ii) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 5.
