Petitioner is before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:4647 WP No. 16448 of 2024 Mandamus directing the respondents to consider representations dated 30.10.2019 and 05.08.2021 (Annexures-G & G1) to include his name in Government Orders No.Pa/Su/Pa-6510/87-88/171 dated 22.12.1987 and No. RDP 53 ASC 89(i) dated 12.05.1992. 3. The petition averments reveal that he joined serves on temporary basis on 01.06.1982 as an Attender in the Veterinary Hospital, Bankapura, Shiggaon, Haveri District. The proposal was forwarded by Zilla Parishad, Dharwad for absorbing of services of the petitioner along with others in the State, but while others were absorbed under G.O. at Annexures-C and E dated 22.12.1987 and 12.05.1992, the petitioner's name was left out. Thereafter, the petitioner has made representation to include his name. It is also seen that petitioner has attained the age of superannuation on 31.07.2018 and till date representation of petitioner is not considered. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the said representation would be considered - 5 - NC: 2025:KHC:4647 WP No. 16448 of 2024 by respondent Nos.1 to 3 within a period of 15 days. In the light of the above facts and circumstances and also submission of learned Additional Government Advocate, the following: ORDER Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are directed to consider representation of the petitioner at Annexure-G and G1 within 15 days.
